RULES & REGULATIONS FOR BOOKING(S) WITH HOTEL HAIFA

• Booking will only be confirmed against making of 35% advance payment of total amount settled. Remaining payment must be made at least 07 days before the day of arrival.
• If host wish to cancel the booking, advance will be forfeited as per cancellation policy.
• Smoking and spitting is strictly prohibited inside the premises.
• Host will be responsible to pay for all kind of damages to Hotel premises (includes Electric appliances and electrical fixtures and fittings) as well as to the crockery and the same shall be added in the final bill of the Host.
• No recorded music (DJ) / live music / musical instrument will be allowed after 10:00 p.m. or any other such time as applicable by law.
• For any kind of recorded music (DJ) / live music / musical instrument host have to procure a performance license from PPL / IPRS authorities.
• No outside food and drinks or catering is allowed in the Hotel premises. All food and beverage arrangements should be made through Hotel only.
• Steward’s services will only be available inside Hotel premises.
• It is specifically agreed between the Host and the Originator that if the booked Event/Room bulk booking will be postpone or rescheduled due to spread any Pandemic or declaration of Lockdown by any Government Notification, then the Hotel will issue the Credit Note with validity of six months to the host for the future date subject to availability of future date which can be extent as per mutually understanding and agreed only.
• Hotel will always try and settle all disputes (If any) amicably and fairly as we do not want to lose any of our valuable customer. In the unlikely event that Hotel is unable to do so, all dispute will only be fall under the jurisdiction of the Varanasi court only.

• Please note the following charges for early check-in and late check-out:
  • 1) Early Check-in Charges:-
    – Half-day charges will be applied for check-in between 7 am to 1 pm.
    – Full-day charges will be applied for check-in before 7 am.
  • 2) Late Check-out Charges:-
    – Half-day charges will be applicable for check-out till 4 pm.
    – Full-day charges will be applied for check-out after 4 pm.
