Cancellation Policy

1. General Check-in / Check-out Policy is as per below:
2. Check-in time is 1pm
3. Check-out time is 11am
4. Early check-in and Late check-out will be considered on Subject to availability.

The cancellation is free of charge 72hr prior to the date of arrival,

Between 72hr and 48hr prior to date of arrival, we charge 50% of the total booking as cancellation fee, 

Between 48hr to 24hr prior to date of arrival, we charge 70% of the total booking as cancellation fee,

And, 24hr prior to date of arrival, no refund is possible.

• Upon cancellation of booking, the refund of the booking amount will be initiated. The booking amount after deduction of cancellation charges and taxes, as applicable, will be credited into the bank account of the Customer using the same payment mode (i.e. debit card/ credit card/ net-banking) by which the booking was made by the Customer. The refund process may take 10-15 business days.
   
• Children up-to 7 Years of age can stay free. Additional charges may be applicable for children between 7 and 13 years. 14 years will be charged as per extra adult rate.
   
• In keeping with our heightened security procedures we request you to provide your photo-identity proof while checking-in. Indian Nationals can present any of the following which is mandatory: Passport, Driving License, Voter ID Card, Pan Card. Foreign Nationals are required to present their passport and valid visa.

NOTE:-

• Any last minute booking (booking made 36hr prior to arrival); will be treated as non-refundable in any circumstances.
• Any early departure would be liable to pay room night chargers for the entire duration of stay.
• Non-guaranteed reservation will be released 7days prior to arrival.

During the special occasions we have special cancellation policy:

Occasions Like:-

• Dhrupad Meela
• Dussehra
• Dev Deepawali
• Christmas & New Year

Free of charge up to 16 days prior to the date of arrival,

After which we charge 60% of the total booking as cancellation fee.

NOTE:-

Any last minute booking (booking made 5-6 prior to arrival); will be treated as non-refundable in any circumstances.

For No-Show:-

If you fail to arrive at the hotel on the arrival date the entire reservation will be cancelled automatically by the hotels and you will be charged the cost of the whole reservation.

If you fail to check in on the first date but still continue your travel plan to stay at the hotel, please urgently contact us so that we can keep the room for you for the rest of the nights. Otherwise as mentioned above, the entire reservation will be auto-cancelled and no refund will be issued.

Group booking (5 rooms and more):-

Guests booking more than 05 rooms are required to pay the total cost of the booking in advance.

If cancelled or modified up to 60 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

If cancelled or modified between 60days to 30days, 60% of the reservation will be charged.

If cancelled or modified between 30 day to 15 days, 80% of the reservation will be charged.

If cancelled or modified after 15 days to arrival, no refund in any circumstances.

NOTE:-

• Any last minute booking (booking made 15 days prior to arrival); will be treated as non-refundable in any circumstances.
• Any early departure would be liable to pay room night chargers for the entire duration of stay.
• Non-guaranteed reservation will be released 25-30 days prior to arrival.
