How do I book a room ?

Once you have found the hotel that suits your needs, please press the 'submit' button. The booking form will appear over a secure connection and will ask you for some specific information, including your credit card details. For the majority of hotels, credit card details are used to guarantee the booking only and payment is made on departure from the hotel although there are exceptions to this rule. Complete the required fields and follow the instructions on the booking form to make an on-line booking. Your reservation will be automatically confirmed via email. As a safeguard, we recommend printing off a copy of your confirmation at the time of booking.

How do I check my reservation ?

We advise that you keep a safe record of your reservation confirmation and note the hotels cancellation policy. Should you have any queries relating to your booking, you may be asked to quote both the Hotel Haifa Ref. No. and also your Booking Confirmation No. Please note it is not necessary to re-confirm your reservation with the hotel. However, should you wish to contact the hotel, please quote the Hotel Confirmation Number rather than the Hotel Haifa Reference Number and allow 1-2 days (with the exception of same day bookings) between making the reservation and contacting the hotel.

How do I change a booking ?

The only way to change your initial booking is to cancel and rebook (please see "How do I cancel a booking?" below).

How do I pay for a booking ?

Hotel Haifa forwards all your reservation information including payment details to the hotel via a secure connection. For the majority of our hotels, credit card details are taken as a guarantee of reservation only. Nothing is deducted until time of departure from the hotel. For these hotels 'Credit card as guarantee' will be stated in the details section for individual room rates. Some of our hotels will deduct payment at time of booking, usually only when special Discount rates are offered. If this payment method is required, it will be clearly stated either on room details, or on the hotel web page itself. Please note that all our discount hotels charge the full amount at the time of booking. If you decide to cancel a booking you may be charged a fee for the cancellation, you will be notified of this policy at the time of booking.

Will I be able to claim my Loyalty Points when booking with Hotel Haifa ?

Yes! As a member of Hotel Haifa you are able to supply us with this information in advance so that every booking will carry this information. If you are not a member of Hotel Haifa then enter your membership number by clicking on the "Loyalty Program" button on the booking form, or on the advanced search form, and your membership number will be forwarded to the hotel at the time of booking.

How do I get Corporate Rate rooms ?

These are available to corporations and individuals who have an agreement with a particular hotel chain or reservations supplier. If you, or your company, have secured such a rate then please register the relevant code with us by following the instructions below and we can ensure that the discounted rate will apply to your booking. You will be able to find this service through the advanced search function under the Quick Search. Just click on the loyalty program button and enter the code. If you are a member of Hotel Haifa then you can confirm all this information in advance on your preferences pages. If you do not have an agreement with a hotel or reservations supplier then our published/rack rates will apply to your booking.

What if I misplace my confirmation email ?

If you can't find the confirmation email, please contact us directly here remembering to include as much of the following information as possible:

  • Hotel Haifa Reference Number and/or your Booking Confirmation Number (if available)
  • Full name of the person who made the booking
  • The email address used to make the booking
  • Hotel name and location
  • Dates of arrival and departure
  • Date the booking was made
  • Which route you used to book (e.g. the Hotel Haifa Directory, Hotel Haifa Discounts and B&B)

What if I do not receive a reservation confirmation ?

All the Hotel Haifa reservations services should create an on screen confirmation followed by Email confirmation. If you do not get an on screen confirmation or an Email confirmation (within 24 hours), it is likely that the reservation has not been correctly processed. If you make an unsuccessful booking you will still receive an Hotel Haifa Reference Number, but no Booking Confirmation Number. The reservations page is encrypted and any personal details that you gave will not be available to anyone, however your reservation will not have been completed. Please do not remake the reservation before contacting customer services who will verify the status of this reservation. Please give us as much of the following information as possible:

  • Hotel Haifa Reference Number and/or your Booking Confirmation Number (if available)
  • Full name of the person who made the booking
  • The email address used to make the booking
  • Hotel name and location
  • Dates of arrival and departure
  • Date the booking was made
  • Which route you used to book (e.g. the Hotel Haifa Directory, Hotel Haifa Discounts and B&B)
